Online Ordering and Payment
When placing your order you will be need to provide us with your personal details, the recipient's details and all necessary payment details to allow us to complete your order. After placing your order, you will be sent a confirmation email confirming the value of your order, which has been debited from your payment method. If you have any queries regarding your order please contact us on 0800 802 1566 or email us at . We will contact you by email or telephone if we have any queries relating to your order. We do not store your payment details and once the transaction is complete your details are deleted.
Deliveries are made Tuesday - Friday only at a charge of £7.99. Our overnight courier aims to deliver within 1-2 days from date of despatch, so please ensure all contact details are correct. Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so please ensure you have included the full name, address, including accurate postcode and telephone number of the recipient and your daytime contact telephone number or email address so that we can notify you in the event of any delivery problems.
We will not be liable for any delays in delivery, or damage to the goods once the goods have been handed to the courier. No refunds will be made for late deliveries.
We always try to accomodate requested delivery dates, however we cannot guarantee that your goods will arrive on your chosen date.
Orders must be received by 12pm on Friday 14th December 2018 for delivery before Christmas.
If you need to cancel your wedding or event, please inform us at least 14 working days prior to the event date and a full refund will be given. Less than 14 working days but greater than 7 working days, a refund of 25% of the invoice total will be given. No refund will be given if the order is cancelled within 7 working days of the event.
For online orders please inform us immediately (or no later than 24 hours from placement of the order) if you wish to cancel. If your order has already been produced you may be charged the full price.
Refunds and Returns
Unfortunately, we do not accept the return of perishable items such as fresh wreaths. We want you to be delighted with your goods and we always strive to despatch all of our flowers in perfect condition. If the flowers we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to allow us to investigate. Photographic evidence will be required to support any claims. We cannot be liable for claims reported outside of this time. Once we have investigated your claim and if your claim is approved, we will apply a full refund to the original method of payment. Postage and packaging costs are non refundable.
All prices on our website our inclusive of VAT and exclude cost of delivery. Prices are liable to change at any time. It's always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. If a product's correct price is higher than the stated price on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before despatching the product, or reject the order and notify you of such rejection. We are under no obligation to supply you with the product at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you an order confirmation.
If the flowers we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us of the problem within 24 hours of receipt of the products in question. Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation.
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver products you have ordered or any delay in doing so that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control, including breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
Except for our affiliates, directors, employees or representatives, a person who is not a party to this agreement has no right under the UK Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this agreement, but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party that exists or is available apart from that Act.
